How to search for required items?

You can:
● Enter a name or number of a product in the searching box.
● Use the catalogue. Especially for your convenience, we’ve divided all the products into sections.

How do I order?

Choose the products you want to buy and add them to the cart. Before confirming the order, you can change the quantity of the selected products, remove them or add new ones. Have you chosen all the necessary things? Click “Checkout”. Next, you need to choose delivery and payment methods. After this, double check the information you’ve entered and press the button “Buy now”.

How do I make a payment?

We provide you with several payment methods. You can use the most convenient one.

Are there any minimal or maximum purchase requirements?

Minimum order amount is 14.00 £.

How do I know that my request has been accepted?

As soon as you’ve placed the order, you’ll receive an email with the confirmation.

Can I make an order on your website without being registered?       

There is no need to register. You can log in using your profile on social networking sites Facebook and Google+ or PayPal and Amazon accounts.

How can I amend the order?

You can’t make any corrections on the website after having received the confirmation. In order to make any changes in your order, you’ll have to call +44 20 3856 3856 or use the feedback form.

Can I see the status of my order?

Yes, every registered user can check the order status in personal account on the site https://www.logistics.dhl/gb-en/home.html.

Delivery terms and conditions
How soon will I receive my purchase?

It takes some time to deliver goods that are in stock:
● Germany – 1-3 days;
● other European countries – 3-5 days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs within Great Britain:
8.95 £ GBP — for orders below 51.00 £;
0 GBP — for orders over 51.00 £.
When ordering bulky items to the amount exceeding 51.00 £, the delivery cost is discounted by 50%. Our manager will notify you of the exact delivery cost immediately after the order placement. The above-mentioned terms do not apply to the express or international delivery.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, we will notify you by e-mail.

Can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel on the website http://www.dhl.com/en.html. Click the link and enter the tracking number.

I haven’t received all the products I’ve ordered. What do I do?

If some items haven't been delivered to you, please contact us by a phone number +44 20 3856 3856 or via a feedback form.  It is possible that the products you bought were dispatched in a few consignments and they can arrive on different days.

What courier companies do you work with?

Work together with the DHL express delivery service.

Order cancellation or return
Can I cancel my purchase?

Unfortunately, no. We process orders immediately in order to dispatch purchases as soon as possible.

Can I send the purchase back if there is something I don’t like?

You can return an item within 14 days from the date of the receipt. The following cannot be returned: food items in opened package, perishable products, medicinal products, hygiene items and products made to order.

How do I return goods?

Please, call us +44 20 3856 3856 and our manager will tell you what you need to do in order to return goods. You’ll have to send them back. After we’ve received and examined them, we’ll give you a full refund. More details about returning products are available on the page “Terms and Conditions”.

How do I get my money back?

We give our customers a full refund only after we’ve received and check the product. We return the money paid the way we’ve received it. Usually, it takes from 2 to 4 business days.

What discounts and offers can I use right now?

All the current promotions you can find in the section “Best offers”. Moreover, entering our newsletter subscription you receive 5 % discount on the first purchase.

How do I know about all deals and discounts?

Subscribe to our newsletter and you won’t miss any bargain. Moreover, we always post information about discounts and promotions on our pages on social networking sites.

Products with discounts: why are they so cheap, is everything alright with the “sell-by” dates?

We do not sell items products close to the expiry date on principle. Our special offers are presents for you. We have seasonal sales, thematic promotions and discounts dedicated to certain events.

Quality guarantee
Do you provide any product guarantee?

In compliance with the laws of Germany, all the products in our shop are covered under warranty. Warranty period is 24 months from the delivery date.

There are a lot of fake products sold on the Internet. Can I be confident of high quality of the products?

We work together only with the official distributors of world’s leading manufacturers, therefore we can guarantee the original quality of our goods.

What cases are not covered under the warranty?

The warranty cannot be applied if the product was damaged due to:
● inappropriate use by the customer or third party;
● intentional or accidental actions of the customer or third party.
